Are they a direct replacement for stock spindles, still mount factory brakes on these or what is the instal requirements needed to fit these on a 98 camaro z28

I was going to run Strange drag breaks. From what I read you can't run the stock breaks with these. But you can run 3rd Gen brakes also.
