yea it was hitting the turbo.
im unsure on a ls3. how similar is the block cast to a ls2/1 by the starter?
ls1 it will fit
ls2 depending on the orientation you may have to cut a small piece of the block that does nothing. this all depends how you want the starter tho you may not have to trim anything.
