I bought this used, been on my car for little over 2 years, less than 500 miles since I've had it. Car has been plagued with drive train problems.
T4 Flange with 44mm round style wastegate flange. Kit Retains Factory AC and Factory Radiator location but stock fans Will Not fit. Have to relocate alternator to passenger side. (Have CBR bracket for sell also). Headers, merge, and downpipe recently rewrapped with DEI Titanium wrap. The crossover pipe is sprayed with DEI high temp paint (car too low, kept scraping wrap off). I modified the wastegate pipe. I simply heated pipe and pulled it down for more clearance for turbo.
The driver header developed a crack at the weld where front tube meets merge. I had pipe professionally repaired and tig welded. I can get pics, but wrap will need to come off. Passenger header has Several O2 bungs welded on it for some reason. Does not interfere with performance.
Downpipe has been modded as well. When I got the kit, it came with only about 6" of dp. I put a vband on piece from turbo to meet up with the rest of downpipe. The dp is now straight from turbo, rather than the drop down loop the kit originally came with. Fits perfect and runs between engine and km like its suppose to. You will need solid motor mounts as stocks will melt. I have a set of UMI solid aluminum mounts that will be coming off in next day or two. I will include them, if buyer wants them. This kit fits really well. Headers lined up nicely on heads. Pieces just have to go on in a Certain order. Will explain to buyer. Everything has vband connections. I will include all vbands I have with kit (all needed and some new extras).
I am going back NA, as MS is not a great place for a Turbo Street Fbody. Tired of fighting heating problems and I don't care to cut car up for a vertical radiator. More pics upon request.
