Selling this awesome Procharger setup that has had a great deal of custom work done to it to make it more efficient.
Kit is designed for 98-02 foodies
I bought this kit from another member on here a few years back, mock installed it but it was never ran. I have added the following since purchasing the kit:
83lb accelerator high impedance injectors
Versafueler injector driver
Racetronix plug and play conversion harness
Snow performance meth kit
ATI single radiator fan
Ron Davis radiator to avoid having to cut your car up.
Also sent the blower and bracket/tensioner setup to SDCE to have it gone through and inspected.
The kit should be 99% complete, only missing some clamps and vacuum lines etc....
The kit will come with the following:
-ATI damper. Brand new Installed on the engine, but never ran.
-8 Rib crank pulley made specifically for use with the ATI damper.
-83lb high impedance injectors
-injector driver
-racetronix plug and play injector harness
-snow performance methanol injection
-pro charger single radiator fan
-Blower is a Procharger D1SC. It has around 50 track passes and 500 street miles on it since being rebuilt by Procharger.
-SDCE 8 rib tensioner setup and pulley. Currently has a 4.0 pulley on it. 3.4 Pulley also included. This setup works great, zero belt slip ever.
-Vortech Mondo bypass valve with a filter on it to reduce noise and dust being kicked up.
-All the piping is 3" ALUMINUM(not mild steel), very light. Custom fabricated by Tim Olson of Affordable Speed. Then Powdercoated smoke gray/trans black color.
-Front mount intercooler is a 4" core, Also powder coated. The powder coating does NOT effect performance.
-All silicone is black, and brand new. All clamps are stainless and are brand new.
-FMIC supports are custom fabricated by Tim Olson as well. Its two piece, upper and lower, and are BOLT IN design. Extremely light and clean.
-Intake elbow is 4" ALUMINUM custom fabricated by Tim Olson. Places the large brand new K&N Filter perfectly up in the bumper. The setup gained 3 PSI with this intake over the stock ATI hat. See pics for comparison to the ATI hat and how nice it sits up in the bumper. Aluminum strap is welded to the intake to bolt it to the frame for support
Kit will require standing your stock radiator up or I can include a small Ron Davis radiator that can be fabricated to work without needing cut up your car.
