Third Gen Lsx Turbo Piping Kit
Category: Engine - Power Adders
Price: $1750
Location (State): MD
Item Condition: Brand New
Shipping Information: Item Can be Shipped
Engine: LS2/LS3/LS7/L92/LS9, LS1/LS6
LS Engine?: Fits LS Engine
The kit was originally built by Huron Speed (their original v1 single turbo kit) and modified by me to kit a lsx third gen. I brought the kit when it first came out, modifed it to work my iroc, and driven the setup for over 10k miles.
A couple things I have added to the kit was the v-bands off the manifolds for the hot side. I also had a wastegate creep issue which was common with the V1 kits, so i welded up the original wastegate tube and added two, one on each bank for full control of boost.
The setup DOES clear the factory radiator with a Turbonetics Tc7875 1.15 A/R. I ended up noting my support only to give a little more clearance as it is close.
The hotside is 2.5" piping, while the coldside is all 3" piping. The downpipe is 3" off the turbo, which reduces up to 4" around the starter.
The kit includes:
-Complete hotside piping
-Complete coldside piping
-All clamps/v-bands you need
-All silicone couplings you'll need
What you need to finish your setup: (I believe this is everything)
-T4 Turbo
-Two Wastegates
-BOV
-Intercooler and intercooler mounting brackets. (I will be selling my intercooler setup as well, PM me for details.
-Methanol Kit (or weld up the hole already cut)
-Tubular K-member
-Oil Lines
-Alt. Relocation Brackets
-Injectors
-Tune
Things to be noted if interested:
-Must use a rack and pinion setup
-To fit the downpipe, youll need to run a tubular k-member (I used pa racing) i will not guarantee it will fit all tubular k's, however i see no reason it shouldnt
-Need to cut a hole in the driver side (area that looks like a battery pan) for the cold side pipe to fit through
-Must use pusher fans
-There is a meth/water provision hole on the coldside pipe which connects to the throttle body which will need to be filled if you dont plan on running it.
Those are a couple if the major things to be noted if you plan on purchasing.
The only reason I am selling is I plan on doing a custom twin setup in the near future.
Here are a couple photos I attempted to take while on the car still, Ill get much better pictures once its all removed.
Any questions just ask!

I'll separate for the right price, but I'd like to keep it together.
Intercooler has brackets welded on/painted to the front bumper support. One side of the intercooler has a light coating of black paint for a stealth appeal. The other side has the natural color. LMK if your still interested and I'll shoot you a price
