2008 tahoe 5.3l stock 243 take offs. Perfect shape from running engine. Ill have pics tomorrow. If interested pm me for fastest responce. Paypal only!

Do the combustion chamber of the 243's from a 5.3L is the same size than the 243's on the 6.0L engines?

All 243s are the same with the exception of ls6 243s and the only difference is the valves are lighter

Yes all 799 and 243s are the same heads. The ls6 243s have sodium filled lighter valves. Free bump! I know someone needs some good 243s.
