Funny thing is I contacted the above poster Rise about the potential of the Dart 205 after AI did their CNC work on them.
I gave the other two to my buddy for some porting and bigger valves last week. We will see what these will do on a 383 dome piston motor soon!
Many moons ago around 2005, we swapped a set of 243 off my first 02 Z06 with a set of these Darts when they first hit the market and picked 22rwhp and 19rwt.
This was a direct swap with a set of these dart heads assembled out of the box 2.02 1.60 valves......lol we didn't even do a valve job as they were pretty nice directly from Dart.
That car had 15 -17k miles at the time and the motor was untouched unopened prior.
Had a set of 1 3/4 Stainless Works headers and no cats through stock titanium mufflers.
The reason for this swap was a broken GM valve spring at the above mileage.

Hopefully I was helpful. If the bone stock out of the box Darts picked up that much, I can only imagine what mine would have gained. Good luck with the sell. I remember reading posts from Ed Curtis saying that once these heads have been touched up a bit, they are extremely good heads.
