From a project that never made it off the jackstands, no miles on the exhaust.
Downpipe is 304 Stainless, firewall back is mild steel, high heat silver paint, tips are 304 stainless.
Fitted to trans am bumper, would most likely fit firebird bumper without too much effort, fitting it to a camaro bumper may be more challenging.
Downpipe runs over the stock K member, turbo was fitted below throttle body, in front of damper.
Exhaust after the downpipe is single 3.5" from the firewall, to a 3.5" straight through perforated bullet muffler which resides in the cat hump in the drivers floorboard, single 3.5" from the muffler all the way back and over the panhard bar brace where it then splits to dual 2.5" through a non restrictive merge. The dual 2.5" leads to 2 pairs of dual 3.5" stainless rolled bead tips.
The exhaust mounts to the floor pan and panhard bar brace with rod ends. Cut up intercooler coupler rubber gets sandwiched between the car and exhaust mounts to cut down on noise.
