If you have LS1 fuel injectors you want to use on an LSXRT intake, this will allow you to keep the natural injector angle with the FAST rails. I had a local machine shop fabricate some because I didn't want to get rid of my LS1 42# injectors when I got the 102 LSXRT. However, they wouldn't set the machines up for just one set, so I got a whole bunch made at once.

Though I haven't tried them on one, I'm pretty sure these will NOT work on a car FAST LSXR intake, just the LSXRT with LS1 injectors and FAST rails.

For $35, the kit comes with four stainless bolts, four of the adapters and eight lower injector o-rings, 7mm x 4mm to allow for the LS1 injector to seal. I can also sell just a set of eight lower injector o-rings for $15 shipped.
