its 700 at that advertised installed spring pressure, changing seat pressure change lift capabilities, as i was told by the shop... these springs were installed and set to run with a cam that has 720 lift... changed my set up last minute before the motor went into the car and decided to go with a solid roller set up (rockers, lifters, springs)
