Rectangle port -easy way to tell is the holes where the fuel rail bolts to the intake are 'outside' of the injector ports.... (cathedral port intakes have the fuel rail bolt holes on the intake runner side of the injector ports).

Thanks for confirming for the fellow. It's off a 2008 6.0 that had 823 heads.
