They are flat top, as pictured.

I believe when I was getting this all spec'd in January it was supposed to be 11.7:1 with 61cc heads and stock thickness head gasket.

If you are talking about the valve relief -cc I am not sure. The box is with my machinist. I believe its eithre -2.8 or -3
