Approximately 500 miles works perfectly. One small crack in the black plastic cover on the back. Does not effect performance at all. Can come with pigtail if needed.

There is nothing wrong with it, it works perfectly. It was only on a car for about 500 miles. Just ended up with it as an extra at this time.
It is a stock replacement so I am not sure but I am guessing about 150 amps.
