I'm pretty sure all ARP hardware has "ARP" stamped somewhere on it. At least my head bolts had ARP stamped on the head.

Just grab a stud and a nut and look em over really good. Ends, sides where the stud is smooth, nuts, etc. If they have the mark, you'll see it. It's pretty hard to miss if you look.
