I have a truck intake and a set of coils.

Do the truck coils and the car coils use the same plug in on the harness?

From what I can tell, It is the same harness. These coils do come with the harness.

Not sure on diameter. Whatever the stock truck TB is....? Are you talking split TB from intake?

No these appear to be the LS1/ls6 style coils. They were on a lq4 that I bout from a salvage yard.
