The PTC is rated at 3600-3800 stall. I believe off the footbrake Graig could get it to 3200ish. Its the basic size stall which is a 245 iirc. It's less than a year old but I think the free re-stall only is granted to the original purchase.

PTC has dyno session and 10 runs on it. Foot brakes to 2800 before tires spin. PTC stated 3600-4000 stall depending on setup
