These heads have been on my car for about 15K miles. They have been milled to achieve 11.4:1 CR with .040 head gaskets. I went from 380 RWHP cam only to 426 RWHP after the heads (RWTQ was like 404). They come assembled as shown with AFR .650 lift springs. I'll also throw in a set pre-04 ARP head bolts (long & short style).
