Those look like regular Corvette motor mounts.

They are the same parts as on the C6's. I see that many of the LS crate motors are supplied with them, and probably most people using those motors have no need of them in their installations.

Interestingly enough, of the several photos of the LS3 engines being uncrated, they didn't have these stand offs.
