one for a fourth gen will fit in, its 1.5 inches wider on each side, but all suspension mounting points are the same. my s60 is for a fourth gen. i have a moser 12 bolt housing and axles, but one housing end is bent. it could be fixed, but ill sell it fairly cheap. you would still need a carrier and ring and pinion, and cover. $750
