01-02 exhaust manifolds, y pipe

I need a set of manifolds and y-pipe, I have heard that 01-02's flow better but I am not for sure. I have longtubes on a rearmount turbo car and the stockers are supposed to be better than the lt's. Let me know what you have laying around.
