Hey Guys !!! Be Careful, I got the payment from this guy but few min after Paypal took the money back and say "Unauthorized" and he wanted me to ship to a diff address... It might not be a Scam but just be careful dealing with this guy !!! I already PM him so I'll keep you guys posted...

It ended up being just a "confusion" with the price but the guy look honest... What I don't understand is why Paypal took the money away from me without checking first ??? I could have ship this and now be

Even though it affects what I am trying to do, what Mighty stated above is a safe bet.
Short story, I am trying to buy heads, to send to Lloyd Elliot for porting. I am currently working in Korea, supporting the DOD. When I made the payment through Paypal, they flagged it as strange, and did not authorize the money. They were actually trying to protect me from fraud. Good, but a pain in the ***.
