I have 15's, but I haven't seen any 16's. Maybe the 15's by chance fit the 16's rim. IIRC when I put them on there was quite a bit of room.
EDIT: Their site says 15/16 so the only problem is that the brass nut that holds the valve stems are missing on them. 50 shipped, they hold air fine.
