i was going for the same cam idea you are but called up texas-speed and they said that the ms4 is a pain to drive on the street. i went with the torquer 3. they said it was modeled after the ms4 with less duration so its more streetable. and buying a used cam not to sure about it, due it once and due it right. you never know what that came has been through. good luck though.

I have the ms4 with prc stage 1 heads for sale as a package for 1400.00 if you are interested in heads also, but i won't separate. Also for the the fact of driving it on the street there is no problem, it all in the tune. i drove mine four a year and a half as a dd.
