WTB: LT4 Hotcam, CC503, CC305, or similar cam

I'm looking for a nice cam that will pass inspection here in Texas. I would really prefer one of the three I posted above but I would consider others that are similer. I'm on a tight budget so most likely I'll need a used one. Thanks guys and let me know what you've got.
