Via PM, I offered to send a money order from the post office, provided he would accept it in a registered/recipient must sign envelope and even gave him my number and a time to call. Haven't heard anything since Saturday.

Yep....I posted looking for a fast 90...Of corse he has 1 ...here is what he sent
"I have a FAST 92 intake for sale, has about 3500 miles on it but has been cleaned up and looks brand new. I lost my job and am parting out my extra stuff to try and keep my head above water. I do not have a paypal account so i would prefer local pickup, i would be willing to drive to meet you if needed, although im not sure where you are located i am located in northwestern indiana. Im needing to get $520 shipped out of it i am sorta flexible on the price but i wont budge much as thats a pretty low price. I will include a set of unused intake manifold bolts and a set of new gaskets as well. LMK if you are interested and we can work something out
I too saw he had no post + just joined.....never sent him anything back....also all of the people that have visited his page have something posted n the wanted section....

Wow, talk about good timing. I was almost done setting up a deal with him for some injectors, literally like 5 mins ago. He started trying to get me to send money tonight, so I never replied and don't plan to. I didn't get to the point of sending money, but we did exchange info. It's weird and lucky that I ran across this ad right after that..... I agree that something should be done about him though. Thanks for the heads up guys!

Yup, almost got me for a stall a couple days ago, that's why I started the thread posted by AJG87. This guy is scary because he knows his stuff, his prices, and how buying/selling works online. Not the typical obviously shady scammer.

glad you guys are smarter than me i sent the son of a b*tch half of a payment for a fast 92 intake last weekend and was supposed to send him the rest when i got it.. pretty sure i got scammed
