There is a pretty good deal on a set of Weld Magnum 2.0's with black centers on Craigslist in Chattanooga that I actually thought about buying, but I really just wanted the slicks. The wheels are drag only and are 7.0 backspace. The owner says they fit a 4th gen perfectly with the 28x10.5 ET Drags, but by my measurements, I am not convinced. They would look killer with some 17's in the front, but these are way, way high dollar for me. I would rather spend the money on other track parts I need.

Yea, I agree, but its a pretty good deal for what they are ... $445/wheel & $200/tire new. I did offer him $550 and he laughed. His asking price is what I have in my whole set of RT-S's delivered with lugs and "useless" valve stems. I did buy my track front tires and they are on their way and am still looking for some slicks and/or some DOT bias ply drags (Streets or QTP's). These I would like to buy used to get a feel for what's best for my setup. Good luck with your search.

Ha ha ... very funny. I bet my wife would like that! I bought my RT-S's from Atlanta Chassis Dyno who posted a thread on Yellowbullett.com that he would beat anyone's price on ANY Weld wheel. He had Weld drop ship them and I saved about $15 off all other prices I had found. I will warn you though, another member used him and ordered a set, but he had a narrowed rear and needed a 5.5" BS and 7.5" BS ended up being shipped. Everyone raves about "Jim's" and I talked to him and he seemed nice, but I decided to keep the money local and put $15 in my pocket.
