Why it's so expensive? Twice the price of VFN or Trufiber...

Thanks! But again, why would I buy your chipped hood for $700 if it is $479 new? Just wondering...

Because its painted with a $1000 paint job. So your getting a 1 year old $1650 hood for $700. Not a terrible deal but i understand people have unrealistic expectations.

Oh, I see, I must have missed the $1000 paint job part. No unrealistic expectations here "$1650" for $700 is a fantastic deal, I'm sure someone will be happy to buy it

Paint to a hood does not add value. If you spent a grand for a paint job then that's your fault.

Leaning towards Trufiber and VFN hoods, but VFN is not available now, and Trufiber is heavy and doesn't have rear grill meshes somehow...
Is it true that Trufiber weighs 35lbs??

I have a VFN WS6 hood. It is unpainted, just sprayed in white primer. Needs some TLC as the mounting holes are stripped out and it has some damage where the passenger side hood strut mounts. If interested shoot me a PM! Came on a car I just bought.
