define valvetrain?

I have a set of Lq4 lifters that came out of an 03 Lq4. Was rebuilt in 09, they look to be in good condition.

i have a flow tech cam with damage on 1 lobe. comp says for $126 they can regrind it and harden it. if you want it i'll sell it for $50 shipped. that would be a brand new cam for you for $175 or so

I have a spec stage 3 clutch and stock flywheel for $350 shipped. Used the clutch no more than 2000 miles. Basically brand new.
