I have an a4 from a 01 Z28. 93k miles, no issues at all. Comes with the tq convertor<--$400
I have a set of 241's also from the 01 Z28 93k miles. They are cleaned up already. No rockers or stands<--$150
I have a 4 channel rear housing that I can put together for you. I have a torsen posi 3 series and have 3.42 gears that I can install.<--$450 will come with new bearings and seals.
