I got a qtp cutout 140 shipped with PayPal fee add in already can txt video of it working too

All I need is the actual cutout valve and the wiring... It's going into a borla pipe in place of the restrictor plates so I can open it without pulling it apart

I don't know how old it is I bought it from another member I hook it up to make sure it worked I have a video of that working too I never ended up doing a new cat back I need the extra money
