If those splines are almost stripped then I would take a look at the 5/6 cluster that rides there. I'm sure that one is also on it's way out. Call Jason at Texas Drivetrain Performance and he can sell you one that has been machined to tighten that cluster and keep it from vibrating and tearing that up again.
