Hey guys, Well I finally got the heads off my B4C LS1 thinking I had a stuck valve and was blowing oil in to the intake. Matters were far worse than thought with a broken ring on Cylinder 7 and parts gouged the Head, Piston and put grooves in the cylinders wall too deep to machine.

So here is what I'm asking. I'm looking for a decent shortblock from someone that can help and isn't looking to make a killing on it. I'll take anything from an LS1, LS6, LQ4, LQ9 category.

Preferably within driving distance of Greenville, SC.

I have an LS1 longlock out of a 2002 WS6. (Has the LS6 casting block) 66k miles on it. No oilpan, pickup or windage tray. I pulled the comp cam that was in it but put stock springs back on it to hold the valves. Has the front and rear covers along with the valley cover, oilpump, valve covers and timing set up. All the sensors are still on it. Looking for $800 for the motor. May consider $600 for the shortblock without all the extras. Engine is located in Nicholasville, KY 40356.
