cheap wheels and/or tires Looking for some good 16" tires for t/a wheels. Or wheels and tires. Not wanting to spend a ton. Under 600

I have a set of stockers off a 2000 Z28... They are in perfect condition minus one of the wheels has a very small scuff. They are just sitting and I will never put them back on my car. There aren't any tires on them, but I will sell them to you for $150 plus shipping if needed. I'm located in VA
