WTB: GM LS Adapter and Input Shaft for T56 Magnum

I know this is a long shot but it never hurts to ask... I need a GM LS adapter and input shaft for a T56 Magnum. I have a TEUT11011 for a modular Ford and want to convert to a TEUT11012 for LS application.
