WTB A4 swap parts

I'm looking for a few parts for my transmission swap.

Transmission dipstick and tube for LS car
Bracket that holds shifter cable to transmission
Lever on transmission to move transmission into gear.

I have a shifter setup, it is the stock shift assembly out of a 99 trans am. I believe I have the stock dipstick tube somewhere as well.
