WTB: LS 5.3 swap parts I'm doing a LS 5.3 swap, so I will need the usual parts, I'm just getting ready to come home from the Army, so I can't afford all the high end, name brand parts. This will be a "budget" build. Feel free to contact me if you have a deal on a part I may need, maybe we can work something out. The LS will be replacing a LT1 in a '96 Impala SS, later I will build a 6.0L or something for it. I will be using the 5.3L we pulled from my '03 Ava as the donor motor. Ran perfect, just wanted a little more power in the Av.
Heads: prefer 799's but can go 243's (complete if possible) Deal made with caprice ls
Intake: LS1/2/6 prefer the 2 first then the 6 (complete if possible) Found a complete LS2, CHEAP!
TB: cable driven / 78 mm? (will need to match the intake if possible, if not I can make a adapter) Deal made with caprice ls
F-body oil pan (complete) Deal made with Frankmarroquin
PCM: 411 (for cable TB use) Deal made with caprice ls
Harness: 99-02 truck/car (needs to be complete, running cable tb) Deal made with 98silvertacrbn
Exhaust: TBSS Found a set
MAF (deal made with gertiez28)
Coils and brackets: 99-02
I will be adding more parts as I can think of them, if you think of something I may not have posted and you have it, let me know.....
