Iso some heads and cam for my 5.3

Just looking for a budget minded head and cam swap. For my 5.3 in my el camino. maybe a turbo . Wyg?

got a set of 317s with valve covers and coil packs.

also got a set of l92s (5364 cast) with pushrods and rockers
