Default Drivers side PCV hose from valve cover

Need that tube that plugs into the rear drivers side valve cover if anyone is ditching there stock pcv system.

its a 3/8 inch hose you can just get it from autozone, there is a thread that shows you a guy who just put a bigger hose at the Y connection and then put a 3/8 inch hose through the bigger one and plugged right in.
