I need an oem or aftermarket catalytic converter that will pass emissions sniffer test.

I am in Arizona and they do sniffer test.

have an 01 SS, driver side cat has gone on it.
Dealer won't replace bad cat because of salvage title on car.

Is it a good working cat? (nothing like a good working cat) --What side did it come off of, just wondering because if it came off passenger side, I will need to do some cutting and welding.

Any Idea how much shipping will be?
