I've got a 1997 model that came of a running/driving farm truck I'd take $700 for plus shipping unless you'd want to drive to Denton TX to pick it up. It's complete with convertor and dipstick. I can't guarantee it, sold as-is. It is priced as a core only price. Local cores around here are $850.

I am unsure of the condition. I bought it to rebuild but was told it worked when it was pulled. I wouldn't asssume it to be 100% like new. I would expect to have it at least refreshed. The transmission should work on the 2000+ vehicles with the correct parts. It has the one piece casing.
