WTB: 2.5” Cutout PLATE and NUTS only.

I bought my own 2002 Z28, and gave my 2000 V6 Camaro to my parents, and lost it’s cutout plate; and they REALLY want me to cap it for them because it’s way too loud!!!

I really need a 2.5” cutout plate and nuts.
