passenger side kooks header? i know there is no chance of anyone having this but does anyone have the passenger side kooks header for a 98 LS1 ? mine has a 2 1.2 in hole in the #2 primary

sorry there not that great i took them with my phone. i was thinkg of maybe taking i to a exhaust shop and cut a small pimp in half and welding it to the header.

yeah its hard for me to see...you can try an exhaust shop and see what they tell you. I tired zooming in on the pics but I cant make it out. let me know if you get some more pics.

My hooker headers looked like that after the AIR fitting weld broke lose. Local exhaust shop welded over the hole with no problem. Just have them build it up slowly to avoid warping or even weld a patch of exhaust pipe over it.
