They might total your car out. You also got quarter panel damage. that whole back section of the passenger side of your car has to be cutout and replaced. Since these cars really dont have a full frame, You need to make sure that hit didnt twist your body in any way....just my .02

chances are its totaled , espeicially looks like its been hit before (red door), you will need a rh rear 1/4 panel, door , and a little rocker repair , if possible , i would let them total it , and buy it back from the ins company and fix it

If they total it, and you buy it back, it'll have a rebuilt title when you can finally get it back on the road. Nobody wants a rebuilt title car.

if the insurance company never gets the title it won't, we work wrecks every day , thats my job wrecker service, depending on state laws it should still be clean title , in Ar if you wreck it and you buy it back it is not a rebuilt title, just depend s n insurance, if insurance gets the title, it wil be salvage, clean, salvage letter ( parts only) , that how most ins companies do that pick up wrecks from us

most of the time, you get 2 to 3 local body shops to write an estimate on the damages, som ins companies write their owwn, if the dash is damaged, it will for sure total , even though, used oarts in black would run about 1300.00 to fix it + labor

doesnt matter, that wreck tweaked the body...That car will never be the same again. They would have to butcher the hell out of that car to get it back the way it was. Unless you wanna use alot of bondo or something.

What state are you in? If they total it and you buy it back let me know. I may be interested in the entire car for a cash deal. PM me if so. Let the insurance company do an estimate on the vehicle so they can determine the cost of repair. You may want to take the repair check, sell the car as is, and just get a new car.
