I have a Brand New in the box SFI rated TCI Flexplate that I bought last year and never used. So the the sfi on it is 1 year old. So I believe you still have 2 more years to be legal in a very fast car per NHRA rules. It is part # TCI-399753 . Yes this will work for a Turbo 400. Sells for $206 at Summit racing. Will sell for $150 shipped in the US.
