I assume kooks are hooker headers. I've never heard them called that.

For a good, cheaper header I went with pacesetter coated ones.. I'm happy with them and as far as install went I had the engine out so that went super easy.. haha...
But if I go with another set it'll definitely be stainless or at least coated inside also..
