i have a set of 317, they are like ls2/ls6 243, but with larger chamber
they have same intake port and exhaust port as 243,
mill them .035 and they will make around 10.25 scr on 5.7 LS1. 235$ shipped for the heads,

I have a set of badass ported LS1 heads with BIG manley stainless valves in them that i couldnt use in my current setup because the compression would have left me alittle higher than i liked with my turbo kit so i went to 6.0 truck heads...Anyways Valve sizes are 2.02/1.59 or 1.60 if i remember correctly. I would want $450 bucks for both heads + alittle something for shipping and paypal. They have no springs in them, just valves. Edit: heads have less than 5000 miles on them literally before i went to 6.0 317's and the turbo kit...
