Default Richen idle& cruise

Just what the title says. Would much appreciate if someone could guide me in the right direction. Need ti richen up idle and cruise alittle. Car is a 98 Z-28 and useing HP tuners for tuning. According to wideband car is idling around 15.8 AFR and cruising at about the same. What do I need to change to richen both. Car is currently SD tuned with no Maf at all. Have LTFT all around -3 to 0 in all the cells.

Is this the reading directly off the wideband, or the EIO-input
displayed in VCM Scanner? Because the car ought to be right
at 14.7 closed loop, and you can get errors in the instrumentation
as easily as in the motor. Like ground offsets and mismatches
between the export transfer curve and the scan tool import.
I had about a full AFR point worth of error showing up until I
remembered I'd messed with the output curve in the LM-1
making it different than the scan tool definition. Now down to
0.1-0.2 worth of skew.

These readings are oof of a Tech Edge wide Band. I believe it's pretty close as when scanning if I click on AFR control the wide band reads 14.6 off of a 14.7 command. Also when I click on turn of closed loop and it's running open loop wide band reads right at what open loop table is commanding. Trying to get Idle at around 15.2 and cruise around 15.0 or below. Any help on how to acheive this would be appreciated.
