VE tuning '08 2500HD?
Hi guys,
I just picked up HPT for my new Sierra 2500HD. I've got the 6L90 performing better and want to start working on the motor tune. Problem is, I can't get a LTFT or STFT hisotgram up and running and, I'm not sure how to go about tuning the VE tables with this truck. I have two main VE tables Lo altd and Hi altd, current values in both the tables are 0. Any insight would be great.
My LTFTs are currently pretty decent, they will go 5-7 coasting downhill but, for the most part they stick around -2.5-+2.5. At WOT they lock at -1.6.
I've attached the tune I've started working on. I'm tuning for 87 and trying to get better mileage too. I'm up to about 16.5mpg on the highway now (from 15mpg).
Thanks,
Andrew
