Default LT1 Handheld Tuners
Is it possible to make adjustments to your transmission with handheld tuners. I know you can adjust shift points and what not, but what about tuning for a stall and changing line pressure?

Typically no. You can increase shift firmness but it is a general, overall increase. Not much adjustment beyond "increase shift firmness".
