Default EFI live gurus suggestions welcome

I tuned my last LS1 cam swap with EFI live and had very satifactory results. I'm almost finished upgrading to my 408 and will hopefully be tuning it this weekend. If I use the same autove tuning process will that be sufficient in upgrading the CI change? I didn't see any reason why it wouldn't but I figured I would throw it out there and see if there were any little quirks that might hang me up. Thanks for all your help.
